Mother 3 Tribute: Chupiyoi Temple

Chupiyoi Temple was the largest interior environment created for Mother 3: Tribute. We designed it using an arrangement of modular pieces of stone, hand sculpted to fit the needs of its design. In addition to all the custom stone work came procedurally generated materials that could help support the look of the temple, while maintaining game ready standards. This location also marked the only point in Mother 3: Tribute where the viewer could see the iconic dragon needle. We ideated several versions of the needle before settling on a smoother, more sleek look for it.
